Terms and conditions
SimulaDrive is operated by Sentinela Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). These terms explain use of our study tools and Premium passes. Review them before continuing to checkout. Any mandatory consumer rights remain in effect.
- 7-day Premium: US$19.99 for seven consecutive days from confirmed purchase.
- Until You Pass: US$34.99 for new purchases of the individual exam, state and license category selected at purchase, until you pass that exam. It is not lifetime access or a family plan.
- One payment. No automatic renewal. Applicable taxes are displayed at checkout.
- The conditional exam-failure refund requires all eight assigned tests completed before the official exam, and that exam taken and failed within 30 days of purchase.
1. Independent study service
We provide educational practice, not driving instruction, certification, official exam questions, an official test route, a license or an appointment. We are not affiliated with a DMV, MVC or other government agency. No score, simulator result or study-plan completion promises that you will pass. Follow current official manuals and instructions from a qualified supervising driver. Never use the platform while operating a vehicle.
2. Account and permitted access
Use accurate account information and keep your sign-in secure. Passes are personal, non-transferable and for one learner. You may use your own devices; sharing, reselling or publishing account access is prohibited. A parent or guardian must authorize purchases for a minor and agree to these terms. The service is not directed to children under 13.
3. What is included
The purchase summary controls the state, category and duration you buy. Premium currently covers New Jersey car preparation with 77 reviewed questions, 50-question practice sets, assigned topic tests, a NJ-inspired decision simulator, saved mistakes, flashcards and printable study sheets. Introductory guides for other states do not mean that complete paid banks exist for those states. Simulator practice supplements supervised driving; it does not replace it.
The seven-day pass expires seven days after purchase even if you use it less or your exam is later. The 30-day exam-failure refund window does not extend access. Until You Pass ends when you pass the selected official exam; report passing in Manage pass. It does not cover additional licenses, another state, later renewals or another person. We may request reasonable evidence of continued eligibility where needed to investigate misuse.
4. Payment and activation
Creem handles checkout as the merchant of record under the buyer terms presented there. The final total, taxes and payment currency appear before you authorize payment. Premium activates after verified payment, not merely visiting the return page. Do not place another order if confirmation is delayed; check your account or request help first. A test-mode checkout is a simulation and does not create a real charge.
5. Conditional exam-failure refund
To qualify for our commercial exam-failure refund, you must complete all eight assigned preparatory tests in the purchased state and license category, in your signed-in account, before your official exam. You must then take and fail that selected official exam within 30 calendar days of the confirmed purchase. The 30 days run from purchase, not your first login or appointment booking. There is no added minimum-score requirement.
Request review through the account Support section and provide the order reference and a genuine official result showing your exam date, category and failure. Redact unrelated sensitive information. We verify the order, server completion records and result, and may request missing evidence. A completed progress bar alone does not establish eligibility. Provide truthful records; fabricated evidence or another learner's records do not qualify.
If those conditions are met, we refund the qualifying pass purchase through the original payment provider. This policy does not reimburse government or private exam fees, vehicle rental, travel, lessons, lost income or other expenses. Refund completion time depends on the provider and your bank. Refunded or reversed purchases lose Premium access.
Outside this conditional policy, we do not offer a voluntary change-of-mind refund for correctly delivered digital access merely because it was unused, expired or an exam was postponed. Duplicate payments, material delivery failures, statutory remedies and rights under Creem's buyer terms are handled separately. Nothing here removes a refund or other remedy required by law.
6. Content and acceptable use
You receive a limited license to use the study material personally during your access period and to print supplied sheets for your own study. Do not redistribute paid material, scrape or bulk-copy the question bank, sell derivative copies, bypass access limits, automate abusive requests, interfere with other learners or attempt unauthorized access. This does not restrict uses protected by law.
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, account sharing, security threats or material violations. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow a response through support. A suspension does not remove mandatory consumer remedies.
7. Availability and changes
Internet access and a compatible browser are your responsibility. Maintenance, network failures and third-party outages can interrupt service. We may correct questions, improve the interface and update material as official rules change. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every translation is error-free. Report an error and check the official source before relying on a legal or driving rule.
We will not use an update to retroactively remove an already purchased refund promise. If we discontinue a paid service or materially fail to provide purchased access, we will address any required replacement, extension or refund. New prices and offer changes apply to future purchases.
8. Responsibility and limits
You remain responsible for safe driving, exam eligibility, appointments, documents and compliance with applicable rules. To the extent permitted by law, the tools are provided as available without additional implied warranties, and we are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss from use of the study service. To that same extent, our aggregate contractual liability for a claim concerning a pass is limited to the amount paid for that pass.
These exclusions and limits do not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot lawfully be limited for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or mandatory consumer protections. They do not limit the refund policy above or any statutory remedy.
9. Privacy and reviews
Account records support access, saved study work, security and refund review. Read the Privacy Policy for data-use details. An optional review is not a condition of access or a refund. We request separate permission before publishing a submitted review; we do not publish your email as part of a testimonial.
10. Questions and disputes
Contact [email protected] for account, payment and product requests. Full contact instructions are available on our Support page, without signing in. Never submit passwords, full card details or a Social Security number. Applicable law and mandatory consumer rights govern disputes. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive access to a court or regulator.
11. Updates and interpretation
We will identify material revisions by their effective date. The terms and offer applicable at purchase govern that purchase unless a legally required change applies. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful. Any translation is for convenience; the English version controls only where permitted and without overriding rights arising from the language of the offer.
